We offer sausages making classes in our shop and our lovely neighbours at Funky Cellar

The workshop is usually around three hours long and includes;

A Butcher demo, mixing sausage meat, pumping sausage meat, linking sausages and sampling Perry’s delicious sausages with mash and gravy or posh dogs.

The class is £120 per person and you get to take your 2kg of handmade sausages home with you.
